We are so pleased with the feedback we have received about the first few calls. Thank you so much all for your wonderful comments… Here are just a few of the comments posted in the forum after the first call:

However, in listening to your feedback, many of you have said that you found the calls so valuable that you would like to re-listen to them, but some of you who are less technically minded find doing so through the Internet a little off putting. In fact I even ended up burning the recordings onto CD for my own mother who didn't know how to do it through the internet!

So, in response to your comments, from this month we are going to create a second kind of subscription, where you can effectively get the CDs sent directly to you at home. The additional charge for this will only be the cost of the postage and packaging (at £2.49). Additionally you will also receive a printed copy of each transcript.
